Grade 7-9 Clinic

WEDNESDAY CLINIC HAS 5 SPOTS LEFT!
This clinic is for students entering grades 7 -10. The purpose of this clinic is to teach basic volleyball skills that will lay the foundation for more sophisticated skills as the athlete progresses. Beginners are welcome!

Grade 10-12 Clinic (CLOSED - FULL)**
This clinic is for students entering grades 10-12 (as well as students entering post-secondary). The purpose of this clinic is to prepare athletes for their upcoming high school indoor season. The focus is on increasing the difficulty of play as well as improving the reliability of foundational skills.
Dates: Wednesday, July 8, 15, 22, 29, August 5
Time: 6:30-8pm (+ pick-up afterwards - as long as the sun lasts!)

NEW OFFERING: Grades 5-6
LOT OF SPOTS LEFT! TELL YOUR FRIENDS!
The purpose of this clinic is simple: to get kids loving volleyball from an early age! It's a great chance for kids to get some exercise, learn some new skills, and develop great teamwork skills. There will also be a 6:1 ratio of athletes to coaches, to ensure that everyone gets the help they need.

2's Training Clinic + General Skills Training
New offering! Monday night clinic for May and June!
The purpose of this clinic is twofold.
One court will be dedicated to 2s, including specialty skills, tactics/strategy, and communication. The expectation is that these players will enrol in at least one beach tournament over the summer.
The second court will be dedicated to players who want to improve their overall volleyball skills, but are not interested in participating in competitive 2s tournaments. This court will focus on improving foundational skills (passing, attacking) as well as movement and vertical jump. This is an excellent opportunity for players to continue their improvement once their indoor season is over, and it will help them to avoid the typical skill lag that occurs over the summer months.
Both clinics are reserved for athletes from grade 9 to grade 12 who are already playing at the club level. There will be an application process for this clinic, as there are only 20 spots available. Final decisions on participants will be made within a week of application.
Dates: Starting May 18th - runs every Monday (14 hours instruction) [depending on interest, this clinic may increase the number of hours, depending on level of interest)]
